面粉中加入食盐,倒入适量清水,用筷子搅匀成无颗粒的糊状。调入十三香,葱花适量,1勺蚝油,再次搅匀,静置10分钟。

电饼铛预热,刷上一层油,舀入适量面糊摊开定型,打入鸡蛋同样均匀摊开。

撒上少许黑芝麻,淋上食用油,一面煎好后,翻至另一面煎至熟透,最后卷成鸡蛋卷,早餐饼就可以开吃啦。
