制作步骤: 1⃣️鲜鱼洗净,葱姜塞肚,两面切花刀. 2⃣️两勺生抽、一勺料酒、一勺蚝油、半勺胡椒粉、一勺孜然、少许盐、半勺糖、两勺辣椒面️ 腌制30mins左右 也可以腌久点更入味. 3⃣️烤前两面刷油,炸锅190度20mins,记得中途翻面. 4⃣️出锅撒点白芝麻+葱花,简直色香味俱全
